Took doors of amana fridge
I just bought a used Amana fridge (SXD26VW... P1315202WW) and to move it, the doors had to be removed. I have two problems, since I didn't watch how the guys unhooked it and I need to fix this before my husband gets home from work, for a variety of reasons.
1/To connect wires on top of freezer door hinge.
There Is a plug for four wires, another single plug. I can figure out where those go, but have not idea about the other two wires. One pink with no hardware off the end and another green/blue that has a bolt thing. I don't know where they attach. Is there some sort of diagram. I googled, but couldn't find anything.
2/This is driving me crazy...When the doors came off there was a long clear hose that goes up through the door of the freezer and hooks up to the water fountain. It came out of the door. I can't get it back up through the little hole through the door and do not know how to reattach it. (it actually looks like it was chewed off). I tried taking the moulding off the dispenser and was able to, but don't know how to get the hose back up there. How much of a Pain in the Behind is it to fix this? If I don't fix it and we still hook up the water for the ice maker will there be leakage....Can you help me? Before my husband gets home from work in a couple of hours? Comment by cooperco, posted on Nov 22, 2008 Thanks, but this didn't answer my questions. I actually spent 1/2 hour on that website before I posted and could not find out any of the information per the diagrams. There is nothing on there that has the wiring schematic for the freezer door hinge, nor is there anything about the hose that goes throught the door for water.
I would like actual answers to my questions and not a diagram. Thanks anyway. Comment by cooperco, posted on Nov 22, 2008 Please read my questions carefully before you respond.

I need help with the wiring at the hinge on the freezer door. Read first post for complete questions.
I also have a problem with the water hose, which came unhooked at the dispenser and I cannot get back into the door and do not know how to go about reattaching it. Comment by cooperco, posted on Nov 22, 2008OKay, it looks like the movers broke the hose. I don't have to have cold water, but I need a way to make sure that water isn't flowing into that hose, so I don't have water all over the floor.
