Tool turn on and seems to run, but working end does not turn. I took it apart anf the plastic bushing on the metal shaft is stripped. It also sems like the metal shaft may be worn. Can I buy replacement parts? Joe

Hi Joe, Joe here. I have a dremel tool now for almost 25 years. Same one. I had this happen to me. You should be able to get the parts at any hardware store that has the big dremel accessories cabinet. You can also get the parts from dremel's customer service.
