Top burner went out. We installed a new one and the fan in the oven stays on. Also -F2- comes on the time screen. Can you help me. When we bought this house, the oven was in it and we do not have a manual

F2 means: Oven over temp - exceeded 590F with door in unlocked position or 990F with door locked
If the critical temperature condition occurred, and the oven effectively overheated, then look for contact in relay connector, or for a faulty relay. In that case the burners will stay on for a long time. Also ensure that the temperature probe is not shorted.
If there is no high temperature condition, then replace the temperature probe.
A faulty temperature sensor is the most common cause for this problem.
