top of fein vac model 9-55-13
The lid to which the handle is attached is badly cracked. Can this part be replaced? I can not find anything as far as a parts listing online for fein to reference. Can you help me out? Thanks

I used West System 105 resin with hardner and high density filler. Mixed it up and spread it around the break. Works fine and that was a couple of years ago. However, my Fein vac has started howling so much that it can be heard a block away. Figured it had a bad bearing. Opened it up and finally got the motor out but for the life of me I can not figure out how to gain access to the bearings. Must have them but I can not get to them. Anyone else had this problem.
