Top oven (Convection oven)...upper and lower elements will not heat. Control Panel is working fine, fan in convection oven comes on, light works, lower oven works fine. A 2009 post indicated a thermal fuse may be the problem. Where is this part located? I could not find it on the parts diagrams at Sears website. Thanks
