Toro 52" need a spindle shaft for the deck,part no.78-6710 hard to find & very expensive,maybe there is some used ones around the countryside in Oz on a retired mower deck?
There is three on ebay by your part number. Toro Wheel Horse Mower Spindle Shaft 78 6710 $54 is about average for this type of repair. But if yours is straight and just wore at the bearing area you can JB Weld it back to size .
