Toro Groundsmaster 580D Blades not Engaging. Safety switches are all ok. Mower runs and transports just fine. But when you lower the decks and engage the PTO Switch, nothing happens
The Toro diagnostic tool shows everything is working fine. It shows the blades on each deck are running even though in reality they aren't. Each deck has its own solenoid in the engine compartment. None seem to be getting power.
