I have a tosh canvio it has worked fine up till now. It has suddenly changed from saying tosh in my computer to saying local drive. Device manager still sees it as a mass USB storage device but will not allow it to be opened. An it technician at college said the connection was causing it but is that true. Can I cure this other than wiping and reformatting
