Toshiba Laptop L25-s119 will not work under household power
Battery depletes and it informs me of critical battery level then shuts off.
The battery charges until the light is green - and then the unit operates normally for a few hours - until battery level gets low again.
Laptop will not run off household power.
Power settings are correct, and this laptop does not function without the battery being installed.
Is this a motherboard issue?

Is this a new laptop ?
Your battery may need replacement!
