Touch screen failure
My 250c got misted with water, not soaked but enough to evidently cause damage. I opened it and found no evidence of moisture, but left it open over a light bulb to thoroughly drive out condensation. Unfortunately it boots up to the warning screen and that's it. The touch screen won't let you x it out. Is there any hope? I liked this unit, would be a shame to pitch it.

Sometimes it pays to procrastinate. My 250c gps was left in a drawer for a year and a half as I hesitated to pitch it. I turned it on recently and everything works good as new. The battery was still fully charged! It must have dried out over time.
