Use a program like PIM Backup (http://www.pocketpcfreewares.com/en/index.php?soft=1806) Save the backup to your memory card, or back it up and copy it to your computer, the do the Factory Reset. You can then reinstall PIM Backup after the reset and use it to restore most of the stuff on your phone (contacts, call logs, text messages, etc.)
Factory Reset instructions:
•Hold down both soft keys (both above the send and end key's) and use the stylus to push the reset button in between the volume key and micro sd slot. Then the screen will turn on and tell you something to the extent of press "Send" to perform a factory reset. Hit send, and your good to go.
