1: wrong driver after you upgraded to w10, did you , no OS stated 2: bad PAD or cable inside loose. 3: infected windows, if the taskmanager shows CPU overloaded it is and the pad will slow or go dead, every time. ever think to use real USB wired mouse, to see if it works ok USB> if yes, then you pad is bad or its driver is wrong. see?
