The transport rollers in the Samsung CLP-300 can not be removed and are hard to even access. You can print several 20-30 pages through and let the paper clean it or If you can get into them, you can try cleaning the rollers with isopropal alcohol, but there are snap-locks that can break in the process of dismantling it and it's so hard to get into it the guts properly, that usually it really isn't really worth the effort. Samsung claims that the roller is useful for 50, 000 pages but I have printed less than 500 pages and had it just start leaving streaks.
The pick up roller for this machine can be removed quite easily and cleaned , or even rotated to a new unused part of the pick up tyre due to the half moon configuration of the pick up tyre housing. The only other transport roller are just below the transfer roller accesabile from the back door of the machine, and the others are just above the fuser unit again accesible from back door on the machine.
