Traulsen GLT232NUT which is now G22010
Appears the fans are only working at half speed (50v each) when freezer is on. Turn it off and you get a reading of 120v each??????? Thought it needed an earth ground but that didn't help. Any ideas??????

Check for a good neutral. Sounds like that's the place to start. Check from the unit to the breaker.
