The digital display temperature is lower than actual inside temperature of the refrigeration unit by as much as 20F. Adjustment knob is turned all the way down.

Turn the fridge off for 24 hours and the ice around the edge of panel melts to allow it to pulled out downwards A lot of ice still blocking drain hole after 24 hours.
