I have a Tread Climber TC5000, and it's making loud clicking noises. When it was new, the clicking noise was low & soft, so I just ignored it. But, over time, it got louder & louder. Now, it's becoming unbearable. I checked the tread adjustment screws at the top of the treads & the treads are nicely centered & not rubbing the sides. I think the clicking sound is coming from the rear right roller, because when I put my finger on the corner of the frame, that's where the vibration is coming from. Does anyone out there have any idea on how to fix this? Does the bearings on these thing ever crack?
