There are two bolts on the back of the treadmill. Turn the right side clockwise to make the belt go left, turn the left side clockwise to make it go right. Never tighten more than 1/2 turn at a time, and do this while machine runs at 2-3 mph. Belt should be just tight enough to not slip. If your belt is really tight and it still slips you have other problems.
