Treadmill not working properly. Incline keeps slipping
When turning on treadmill (Pro-Form XP 550's) the incline keep jumping (slipping) and it does nothing else. Thudding sound like gear is slipping.

There is a plastic spacer at the rack area on the incline mtr- this white plastic spacer has broken, only recourse u have is to unplug the white wire on incline mtr, and never have a incline, or replace incline mtr when you find out how much the mtr is you might want to walk with out incline- if you was in my area, I have them cheaper
My 730CS's incline is stuck at or near the top position, which makes it nearly impossible for me to use. I would be happy to use the treadmill without the incline feature - even though that greatly improves the cardio part of the workout, but how do I return the incline to it's lowest setting? I am trying to diagnose this problem and have already tried the incline recalibration without success.
Can I get just this white plastic spacer somewhere?
