When connected Trekstor datastation lights solid blue and you can hear the external drive whirr at first but nothing shows up on laptop to show it is connected. It is apparently not recognised yet it works on friend's computer. Nust something be wrong with my laptop? Is it possible there is not enough memory on my hard drive to tun the external drive?
