Tried to set up my Zmodo 4 camera + 1TB dvr sys. No docs in box. Called Support. Spent a bunch of time with them, and finally was told my firmware version no longer worked with their Android app
Companies don't usually do this.....make a version of firmware obsolete when releasing new models. I think Support didn't know what he was saying......but I still can't get my cameras to work. Can you help?
