Trouble playing the songs
Some of the songs I have downloaded to my ilo will not play. The songs are on the MP3 player's screen but are silent when I press "play" I have contacted tech support through wal mart and they could not help. Can you? ( I have already handled the licensure thing through them about 2 months ago.)

Ok, the problem is you need to convert the songs that don't play into mp3 files unprotected mp3 files then they will play.

http://www.mp3converter.biz/ Comment by Ekse, posted on Jul 09, 2008 you simply need to convert the files so they are all the same, the ones have minor difrences for example the bitrate can be diffrent or they may be locked / protected the converter will if that.
Convert the songs to mp3 format, and you will never have this problem again.
