Troubleshooting back-up malfunction after replacing battery. Checked main power supply breaker and battery power supply fuses for continuity. What should I try next?
Battery backup lines out do not work. All Indicator lights remain off. Pressing/holding on/off button has no effect. Unit powers up when plugged in. No signs of past overload or overheating. Worked perfect until I replaced the battery because unit started to beep. Unit is about two years old.

Depending on the type of unit, you do not state any model. It may require 6-8 hours of being plugged in and turned off before the battery has enough charge that the ups will turn on.
