Troubleshoting on installation of mb foxconn 45cmx
I'm installing a mb 45cmx, but a ihave an atx of 20 pins, but in the manual says that i can use both 20 or 24 pins atx power supply, however, the system doesn't start. I've checked the power and it's ok, the mb is receiving power. I need some help please

Hi aligmatos, the total ammount of power needed for the 45CM-X board depends on what your running. If you load the board up with memory, use a PCI-E graphics card, dual core CPU, 1 or 2 SATA II's, CPU fan, case fans, floppy disk drive & 1 or 2 CD/DVD drives your system may not boot. Suggest you see my answer for your other post on this issue.

Have you placed the 4 pin block to the motherboad and also check the bois clr jumper to see if it's not being shorted this can also cause the board not to boot pluse check ram sticks making sure they are well seated and clean the cntacts from dirt on the ram sticke if al gose well and still no boot then get a converter and try this if all else fail try a ney cpu if same resaults then replace board.
