Troy bilt tuff cut 220 Smart Speed, self propelled drive cable severed (must have been a big rat?). I replaced it, and mower worked great, until it ran out of gas. When I put new gas in, it wouldn't start. Tried changing spark plug. Put it in tight, and tried it in loose. It won't start.

It used to start on the first pull.

It is older, but only used a few times....still has the nice white sticker on the mower deck.
