Troybilt chipper vac won't start or even fire. New plug, new OEM carburetor, new OEM ignition coil, cleaned out tank & added fresh gas. Good compression, stronger spark, good primer. Don't know where green ground wire from coil connects at throttle control side. Good spark whether connected or not
