Trying to change our company greeting
I am using the KX-T7731 and i am trying to change our company greeting. I have logged into the system manager and into *998 and found my way to the company greeting previously recorded. i recorded a new one, but it does not give me the option to accept or make active company greeting. How can i?

When you record it, you press 1 immedately to stop recording. From there it will say press 1 to review and 2 to accept or 3 to record again or something like that. You need to select 2 to save.

Considering that you have 32 system greetings and 100 Custom Service greetings, is it possible that you changed the wrong one?
