Trying to copy backup from SimpleTecj 500 from XP to Windows 7
Before I bought my new computer I backed up my old computer that was running XP so I would be able to copy it on my new computer which is running Windows 7. I can't get it to work. What am I doing wrong.

1. how did you back up? file by file or using a backup program?
2. does win7 see the external drive, i.e., does it show up in my computer?
