Trying to find out what sort of gearbox is in my 1942wla as has been updated to 4 speed gearbox only nubers i can see on gearbox are te 91942 or te 264A

Got to be Harley and you got 4 speeds from 1940 to lets say early 70's or? Anyway they're all the same.Get the sprockets to line up and you're in.Old 3 speed removed and 4 speed put in.Might have had to rig up 4 speed tranny plate to frame but not much to that.
