The SSID is not printed on a sticker. Here's a couple things you can try.
Go to the Belkin website and search for the manual for your particular router. It will give you the IP address and default administrator password (Usually 192.168.1.1 and admin/password) By using these, you can actually log into your router and find out what the SSID is. If you can't find a manual, there's a little paperclip sized hole on the back of the router to reset everything back to the factory defaults. This will ERASE your current SSID, but it will allow you to set things up again by logging into the router (Type http://192.168.1.1 or 1.0 or 0.1 into your browser and try admin and password or even admin and a blank password). Once you're into the router you can change all your settings.

The number will be printed on a sticker, usually stuck to the back or sides of the PC case.
