Trying to install 2 Diamond usb display adapters (BVU195) and no matter what I try they are not being recognized. The power lights dont come on either. I downloaded the drivers several times but the adapters simply wont work. Can u help?

To better help me troubleshoot what is going on with your issue I need to clarify that you connecting 2 actual units to one computer.
Also let me know the make and model of computer you have and the version of Windows you are running.
