Trying to install a gear head web cam model wc735I and installed the drivers and pluged in cam, cam is recongnized but when i go to use the cam it say there is no video capture hardware, i am using windows xp with servce pack 3, please help

If you have a disk for it ..install all software from the disk ..after that ..get to the device manager ..(right click on my computer ..than properties and hardware ..and choose device manager ...
In there select the camera ..and if it is in yellow with an ask sign it means it doesnt have a driver ..or the driver you installed it is not the right one ..or is damaged..
click right on the cam in device manager ..and than update driver ..and let it install it automatically ...If the driver you installed it is the right one..it will repair it ..(also leave the cd with the driver in the drive ..so that it will find it if needed) and proceed..
If at the end it says that the camera is not installed proper..you have to get a proper driver for it ..

you have to insert that code and after that download..
download ..run the driver ...plug the camera ..and restart the computer
