When I drop into dos, (using the windows and "R" key and typing cmd in the box) I type "ipconfig" and it tells me where the router is located. In my case, it sits at 192.168.1.1 I then open Internet Explorer and type those numbers on the address bar which opens a box asking for the username (admin) and password (default: password). That's the setup page.
You get there by plugging a cable into one of the 4 ethernet ports on the router and set your computer to use Automatic DHCP. You can only get there from wireless if your wireless port is set up and turned on, not possible if the 614 is just out of the box.
