Dear Team. I was getting vision but no sound or sound but no vision a right dogs dinner of a mess. What I decided to do was to run the recorder by applying the facory defaults. This reconfigured the freeview side and also it corrected the fault because on setting things up afterwards the recorder did what it was supposed to do.
