Report "Trying to tie a direct dial number to the voice mail system. I have one phone in my system that someone got into the programming for, and disabled the tie to the Call Pilot voice mail system. The phone will ring to the direct dial number, but won't go to voice mail. Going through the main dial in number, and the directory the voice mail is active. I know it have to be in the administration side, but I can't find where to tie them together Thanks"
