Had the bike 2 days, Went for a spin in the morning , came home , friend noticed a tube hanging from the bottem of the bike.. It was a purpe tube. Anyone know what the hell it is? It looks like it got disconnected from something.

Most likely a drain tube for either battery, or most likely the drain for any spilled fuel when filling the tank. If you overfill the tank the excess fuel should be directed beneath the bike by a drain hose connected to the filler spout.
It should be hanging just below the engine etc... Just so any overfill of gas hits the ground and not surrounding hardware. As well the battery or battery case may also have a vent tube again coming out the bottom. All vent tubes are usually about the size of a pencil "give or take" .
Don't worry about it, it should be visible if you are "looking for it" just not hanging down too far so it is unsightly. It won't have anything to do with your cooling system as you will see a few larger heater hose style rubber hoses going to your radiator from the engine. Check where your fuel filler is and you should see a hole in the housing and may even see the other end of this hose. As well check the battery and see if the vent tube is the same color as the one you are seeing hanging down. Good luck and enjoy your ride..
This tube is for you to bleed your carb bowl only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This tube works when you need to drain out the bowl from water within. I own a Qlink Legacy 250 and can give advice first hand to you about it.
