I have followed the steps as advised to get a sonom XP1 to turn on. I have three (3) of them with the same issue of no turn on and no charge! i.e. Take the battery out and charge directly but the charging symbol never comes up to, then put the battery in and, complete the action that allegedly reboots it Any further steps or advise appreciated
