Check if the unit is fully charged. Because if the unit is not charge you will just stay in the magellan logo.
If the unit is full charge and still stay in the Magellan logo find the reset button and press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds while its on and then release.
If still the same thats the time need to call the technicall support hotline of magellan if they can repair it free of charge.
