Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 Mic not working
Brand new out of the box Ear Force X1s and the mic does not work for chat. I have tried the Turtle Beach FAQ solutions and nothing. I can record from the mic on a PC but cannot hear when speaking into the mic. I can use chat with other manufacturers setups.

Can other players hear you speaking on XBOX Live chat? I'm not sure if you mean "you" can't hear yourself speaking or that "others" can't hear you speaking.
