Turtle beach x31 work for 1-5 seconds then either sound goes alltogether or a loud crackling / ringing noise wont stop until turned off. (can't hear anything when this happens) .

I have the x31's and it sounds great and everything, but when my friends talk to me they say they can hear themselves talking. any sugestions?
