TV does not turn on
When power ON, it should first blink the VIZIO sign to operate normally. But my TV does not blink VIZIO sign but constantly brightens up and the TV does not turn ON. After few days, the TV turned on itself, for one day, and then, it turned off and never turned ON again. I suspect a capacitor problem in the power supply board, but I do not see any sign of burned out parts inside. I would like to request helping me to diagnose and fix problem.

You will not be able to see the fault with your eyes. You have replace the capacitor on power board or replace the power board.Sometime the value of the capacitors will change due to the heat produced by other components in the power supply. Its can make troubles. So try to replace the capacitors first rather than looking for physical damages.
