TV TURNS ON BUT NO PICTURE
MY TV WILL TURN ON BUT THERE IS NO PICTURE ITS AS IF ITS NO REALLY ON BUT I AM ABLE TO HEAR IT CLICK ON AND IM ABLE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE DVD PLAYER THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT SO I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AS TO HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM SEEING HOW I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO GO HAVE IT FIXED THANK YOU VERY MUCH

If your are able to open and close the dvd and able to hear the tv clike it means you secondery power supply is working you have the +5 volt and some other votege
i will look in the hv section and see if you have +120 v
you may have hv short
