Ok, I found major issues with polariod part of witch was the eletrolitic capacitors. What they do is swell up and cause this issue your point out to me.

I know if you took this to a shop it would not be worth the money to repair because you can buy a new one for a lot less money. But if you did it yourself then you can save a boatload of cash and the TV to boot.
