I had and l32n series tv with the same problem, im an electromecanical engineer. the problem can be solved by opening the tv, and on the power supply board, on the upper right there are 3 or 4 capacitors, brown or blue, change which ever looks like its about to blow up. you can tell if the top of it in NOT flat. those that still have the flat top are fine. check the voltage and replace it with one that has 5volts more than the one you took out. im located in NY if you want me to do this for you reach me at www.joanoc.com
