I have a Visioneer One Touch 8920 scanner. It used to work fine with Paper Port. Something changed. Now, when I open Scansoft Paper Port, Scan Direct, and push the Scan button, I get the message, "Problem communicating with the TWAIN device." I have tried their suggestions and nothing has worked. My computer has twain.dll and twain_32dll listed under Windows applications. When I go to Select Source to identify the scanner, I get only "WIA-Visioneer87XX/89XX USB Scan 1.0". I read something about WIA being incorrect, but there are no other options. Any suggestions?
