TX IS DEAD
I tried to turn it on and have no response. I tried all buttons, tried to reset, have plugged into computer thinking the battery was dead. I have not dropped it or hit it against anything. It just won't come on.

The T3 will appear dead until the battery has SOME charge. A totally dead battery, even though plugged into a charger, will not let the T3 turn on. You mention a previous charger problem. Could be a bad charger, or a bad battery. Check to see if the charging light is on on the T3 when you think you are charging. If it is not on, try another charger. If it is on, you may have a bad battery.
