Actually, ubuntu does have flash. You need to just open mozilla firefox, and then go to a site that requires flash like deezer.com or shockwave.com, then click on the yellow bar that appears on top that says "Install additional plugins", and a prompt will appear that will guide you to install flash. After the install, you can try to restart firefox and flash should be working well and good. Or you can open up synaptic package manager and enable the nonfree repository, then download the flashplugin-nonfree package.
