Updates are provided by Update Manager. Look in the upper-right corner of your screen and see if there is a white star on an orange background. If there is, double-click it. Once inside, press "Check". Finally, click "Install Updates".
If you do not see the white star on an orange background, go to System-->Administration-->Update Manager. Once inside, press "Check". Finally, click "Install Updates".
