I just installed this scanner using thenwindow installation but when i double click the scanner it sez that it is not connected to the computer. I made sure that the scanner light is on. The printer is working that I routed through the scanner but when I look in properties fr the scanner status it sez that it is not available. what can i do to get it to work????
