Unable to connect to functioning local backend
After selecting Netflix it scans Netflix but reverts to a page saying unable to connect to Netflix at this time try again later. It suggests you go to www.netflix.net/tvhelp and directs you to bluray. It tells you to use the bluray remote by selecting the arrows in the following sequence. up up down down left right left right up up up up. This brings up the screen allowing you to deactivate Netflix. After leaving that screen you attempt to open Netflix again at which time a screen should appear allowing you to reactivate Netflix thus solving the connection problem. Netflix phone help was unable to correct the problem.
