Unable to get my uniden map trax 430 to work.i connected it to the computer to upgrade it.when i connected it to trax central it says "unable to detect retry or recovery" i have tried the retry option does not work, i have tried the recovery option it says "no backup available.recovery not possible." i have tried using the reset button un the external antenna,still does not work

Hi, from the above detailed information you have provided concerning your uiden map trax 430, you have lost all the data on the gps device which simple gives the reason why it says "unable to detect retry or recovery".
You have to start afresh again before you can use it..
